Educational Websites

Our Education team has spent time reviewing several educational websites that offer early childhood, developmentally appropriate activities and games. These sites are not meant to replace the classroom experience, but to support children and families as we practice distance learning. To access the educational website, simply click on the icon or web address to open a new window!

ABC Mouse

ABC Mouse is an educational program for children ages 2-8 years old. Your child's teacher has created an account for them to use which supports classroom learning as a supplementary learning tool. This site also will support the transition back into classrooms and center as it tracks children's progress and learning milestones.

Starfall Education

The Starfall website opened on August 27, 2002 after two years of development. The concept was to create an environment "Where Children Have Fun Learning to Read™." Starfall expanded to become a fully developed kindergarten English and Language Arts curriculum and a comprehensive pre-K curriculum. Over the years the Starfall website's offerings have grown in the number of songs, books, and mathematics activities extending to second grade. In 2012 Starfall began providing its activities as apps for mobile devices. It is now a place where any child can learn reading and mathematics through exploration.

We'd like to give special thanks to the people at Starfall for providing Starfish Family Services preschool children with a complimentary 4-month free subscription
